1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
- Orders placed after 5 PM are processed the next business day
- Weekend or holiday orders are processed the next working day
Some items may require extra time due to:
- Stock preparation
- Cleansing or energizing rituals
- Packaging requirements for fragile items (crystals, idols, etc.)
2. Shipping Time within India
Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days
Express Delivery (if available): 2–4 business days
Delivery times may vary based on:

- Weather disruptions
3. International Shipping (Optional Statement)
If you ship outside India, use this:
We currently offer international shipping to selected countries.
Delivery time: 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
If you do NOT ship internationally, I can remove this line upon request.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number
- You can track your order through the courier partner’s website
- Tracking may take 24 hours to update after dispatch
7. Delays & Exceptions
Your order may experience delays due to:

- Weather conditions
- Incorrect shipping details
- Festive seasons
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.
8. Wrong Address / Unsuccessful Delivery
If the provided address is incorrect or incomplete:
- Delivery may fail
- Courier may return the parcel to us
- Customer will be charged for reshipping
- Orders cannot be refunded for incorrect addresses
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or incomplete:
You must provide:
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
- Clear photos of the product & packaging
- Order number
