Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Return / No Exchange Policy

Due to the energetic and personal nature of spiritual products (such as crystals, bracelets, idols, yantras, pendants, and healing items), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is delivered.

This is to maintain:

  • Purity & sanctity of spiritual items
  • Hygiene and safety
  • Product authenticity

All sales are final.


2. Return Eligibility (Only If Damaged / Wrong Product)

We ONLY accept returns or replacements if:

  • You received a damaged item
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is defective

To qualify:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide clear photos + unboxing video
  3. Item must be unused and in original packaging

If approved, you may receive:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • In rare cases, a refund (as per management approval)

3. Missing Items in Order

If any items are missing:

  • Record an unboxing video
  • Share the video with us within 24–48 hours
  • We will verify and resend the missing products

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved due to damage or incorrect items:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email after processing

5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, only if it has not been packed or shipped.

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.


6. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Crystals, bracelets, spiritual items
  • Idols, yantras, feng shui products
  • Customized items
  • Items on sale or discounted
  • Products purchased during festival offers
  • Gift cards

7. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

If the customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The order cannot be refunded
  • If the courier returns the parcel to us, reshipping fees will apply
